Livengood Contracting is established to provide services to design, bid, and build-out projects for high-end commercial interior build-out clients. Capabilities include casework, specialty cabinetry, woodworking designs and build-outs, laboratories, selective demolition in addition to the interior build-out. Specialty projects upon review with commercial clients to include additions to commercial properties such as decks and patios, office areas, specialty items, to include the selective demolition. Historic preservation, restoration and consults based on clients commercial requirements. Residential department selective for design, bid and build-out projects for specialty cabinetry both kitchen and bath, casework, and high-end specialty items. Specialty items for commercial and residential clients crated and prepared for storage or movement to new location, designed at site and made for specified items. We have the ability to provide personalized design service to clients to provide quality materials and vast resources for each interior design need of the commercial and residential client. We have contract management capabilities pursuant but not limited to the Construction Specifications Institutes Interior Divisions.
