Deaconess Foundation Stained Glass The Deaconess Foundation contracted Livengood Contracting LLC to remove the stained glass windows, design and create crates to secure the windows, and prepare for delivery/storage. DEACONESS FOUNDATION STAINED GLASS PRESERVATION

Livengood Contracting was contracted to preserve the stained glass windows in the Chapel during the select demolition. The Stained glass windows were removed and crated for moving and storage.

Deaconess Foundation Stone Header Removal

Livengood Contracting was contracted to safely remove the stone header over an existing door. The stone header was removed, cleaned and crated for moving to new destination.

Deaconess Foundation Cornerstones

Livengood Contracting maintained and on-going work relationship with the Deaconess Foundation. The cornerstones were recovered and time capsules discovered. Livengood Contracting was cordially invited to the gala that displayed the cornerstones and all of the items recovered in the time capsules.

Livengood Contracting assisted the Deaconess Foundation in the opening of the Time Capsules after recovery from behind the Cornerstones. Livengood Contracting was cordially invited to the Dedication Ceremony as all the artifacts were unveiled to the Foundation Members.

Deaconess Foundation Donor Bricks

Livengood Contracting was contracted to remove the Donor Bricks at the Forest Park Hospital prior to it's demolition. The Donor Bricks were removed and stored until the owners and/or family members could retrieve the bricks.

Lindenwood College Chemistry Lab

Livengood Contracting contracted with PSA installed the cabinetry at the Lindenwood College Chemistry lab.

Chamberlain School of Nursing Deck/Patio Project

Livengood Contracting provided the Chamberlain School of Nursing design-build services as the deck was removed and a patio installed. The project covered several phases: the design; the excavation; the removal of trees; the patio installation; and the landscaping. The original deck had lost its functionality and accessibility to the students due to the decks instability. Livengood Contracting provided an excellent alternative to the deck and the end result was the beautiful patio - accessible to the students - asthetically pleasing as well as an asset to the property management group.

St. Louis Country Club Golf Tournament Panels

Livengood Contracting was contracted to design and build panels for each of the tournaments and continue to keep up on the hand stenciling of the names as the years advance.

Womans Exchange

Livengood Contracting was contracted to dismantle then reassemble office furniture after the business moved to it's new location. In addition several modifications were made to the office area, supply room and select areas in the showroom. Several display items were repaired and returned to the showroom floor.
