PAIGE LIVENGOOD
Paige Livengood is an owner of Livengood Contracting.
She has been working for the Federal Government for 22 years and proudly served in the United States Military during Desert Shield and Desert Storm. In her careers as a soldier, a Deputy Sheriff, and a government employee dedication to providing top-notch service has been a strong core value. As a service disabled veteran building a business of her own was a life-long goal.
Paige has a strong work ethic and believes that integrity is non-negotiable. She has many years experience with working with people and solving problems. Paige is talented in her ability to manage a project and track and produce all documents along the way. There will be no surprises when she works with you for she is upfront and capable.
Paige is a Gulf War Veteran and to date has 22 years Federal Service. Her career as primarily been with local, state and federal governments so she is well versed in communicating with a diverse audience. During her tenure with the Federal Government she has had the opportunity to work in National Advisory Councils providing top leaders with cutting edge concepts to streamline operations. She was a council member in a National Diversity Advisory Council assisting in adopting new means and methods of ensuring compliance with Federal diversity and inclusion policies. Paige's ability to organize, negotiate, design and solve problems has helped Livengood Contracting stay focused and moving forward.
Paige and Brian married in 2011, with their talents combined the dream of owning a business came into reach. Together they combine their talents and drive to focus on providing the very best they can for their customers.
Paige firmly believes that every day is a day to learn, and everything learned is a challenge. A means for searching out that next experience and that next accomplishment.

BRIAN PERKINS
Brian Perkins is an owner of Livengood Contracting.
He has been working in the construction industry for over 30 years. He has specialized talents in the art of custom cabinetry and is a master woodworker. If it is wood - he knows what kind - and how to make it work for the job. He is highly talented and creates beautiful products, many one-of-a kind. He is knowledgeable in his field and when confronting with a challenge will find the best answer for the expected result. He has vast experience in the industry and is capable of handling residential, commercial and government contracts. Brian is a focus driven individual and will leave the customer satisfied with the performance as well as the product. He is a professional and an artist and his work reflects his passion and drive.
Brian has many accolades to speak of even before Livengood Contracting: He was an integral part of the woodwork created for the St. Louis Cardinals locker rooms, as well as several offices and projects Statewide (commercial as well as government contracts). Brian's resume covers several years of quality work for top-notch companies.
He has obtained and managed residential contracts, commercial contracts, and government contracts throughout his career. He is talented in his ability to estimate and manage a contract to the customers specifications. Brian stands firm on a core belief that quality products and craftsmanship are the equation for a satisfied customer.
Once married, Brian and Paige were destined to work together. Their combined talents have created a strong foundation for Livengood Contracting. Brian has the ability to see a vision and create it. Together
they have the ability to make the vision a reality.
One of Brian's phrases often heard around the shop and jobs is; "If you don't do it right the first time. When will you have the time to do it again!"
